Alteration Policy
If a design change is made from your planned procedure, you may be required to pay an up-charge to be discussed.
Cancelation Policy
If for any reason you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment and you need to reschedule or cancel, we require 48 hours notice. Otherwise a $50 cancellation fee per procedure will be due. We set aside quite a length of time for cosmetic tattoo appointments. This is to ensure that we are not rushed and we can take all the time we need to make your procedure as close to perfection as possible. This notification of cancelation is a courtesy and will allow us to schedule someone waiting for an appointment in your slot.
